Signum is located near Frédéric Chopin Airport. It has seven above-ground and three underground floors. Tenants include Ringier Axel Springer, Mondelez International, Columbia or PPD. The building has a BREEAM Excellent environmental certificate and offers elements supporting sustainable mobility.

"In Poland, this is the first office building in the hands of the group. In the coming period, however, we also see potential in this area and are therefore actively looking for other opportunities," said Jan Pelíšek, Director of Real Estate Development CEE at DRFG Group.

The seller is a Luxembourg group owned by an international investment bank, represented by the Australian real estate investment group Cromwell Property Group as administrator.
