The rebranding of the Zone retail park network has been completed, thus all 20 retail parks within the retail portfolio of the MPT Real Estate Investment Fund (MPTIA), managed by Gránit Asset Management, have adopted a unified visual identity. The project establishes Zone retail park as one of Hungary's largest retail park networks with nationwide coverage.

"It represented a professional challenge that, simultaneously with the brand refresh of the existing network, we implemented a complete rebranding at the eight retail parks newly added this year to the MPTIA retail portfolio – the former Park Centers. Our goal was to create a unified, modern environment that supports the daily shopping routine of our visitors across the country," said Katalin Toperczerné Fazekas, Head of Marketing at Grandum Property Management Hungary.

The new visual identity and the renewal of digital channels reflect free parking, easy accessibility and a tenant mix tailored to local needs across 19 cities. "Following the previous acquisitions and the integration of the Park Center units, Zone retail park now operates as a unified nationwide platform that represents value for our investors, predictability for our tenants, and a comfortable environment for our shoppers," said Tibor Ruzsinszki, Head of Real Estate Investments at Gránit Asset Management.

Following the consolidation, the Zone retail park portfolio comprises nearly 150 stores and around 50 international and domestic brands across a total area of 116,500 sqm.
