Karimpol Polska has secured financing of €50 million from Bank Pekao S.A. for the second phase of Skyliner investment at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. This marks another collaboration between the investor and the bank, which also financed the construction of the first tower of the complex.

Recently, market focus has been on new high-rise office developments which are reshaping Warsaw’s skyline and attracting tenant interest. Analysis of market data reveals, however, that office campuses have enjoyed the strongest occupier demand, says Cushman & Wakefield. Although they make up around 10% of Warsaw’s office stock, they accounted for as much as 16% of total take-up in the city in the first half of 2024. What criteria does an office project have to meet in order to qualify as an office campus and what makes office campuses so popular?

CTP has leased an additional 10,000 sqm at its CTPark Warsaw South to Polish logistics operator TAS Logistyka sp. z o.o. It will now occupy 25,000 sqm of warehouse space, an increase of 67 per cent on the original space leased.

Panattoni has completed the construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX. The centre with an area of over 13,000 sqm is situated in Targówek Fabryczny and already has its first tenants.

Panattoni has been issued financing for the construction of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV. The €17.25 million loan was granted by Santander Bank Polska.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the property manager of the Vibe office building in Warsaw’s Wola district. 

Trademarc, a company co-owned and managed by Griffin Capital Partners, has sold a 37,590 sqm Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse located in Teresin, west of Warsaw. The buyer and transaction amount have not been disclosed.

Total new office supply in Poland’s mine largest markets rose by 125,000 sqm during H1 2024 compared to the same period of last year, with Warsaw, Wrocław and Krakow commanding the biggest share of new deliveries, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield.
