The Museum of Modern Art (MSN) in Warsaw is to lease 2,000 sqm of space in the Hillwood Warszawa Targówek warehouse investment. JLL represented the MSN during the negotiations.

Panattoni is to increase the supply of warehouse space in Bielsko-Biała, an industrial area bordering Silesia and Małopolska. The developer has started construction work on another park in the region - Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV. Three buildings with a combined area of 96,000 sqm are under construction, all of which are to be completed this year. The entire project is being developed in line with the Go Earthwise with Panattoni policy for sustainable development, which means that the project is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of ‘Very Good’. The company’s three other parks in the region have now been fully leased out.

According to Cresa Poland analysts, modern class A warehouses are now far more superior than out-of-town facilities built 10-15 years ago. They provide top-grade space in terms of location, accessibility and warehousing solutions.

Panattoni is opening the doors for a global provider of the technologically advanced orthodontic devices and dental prosthetics to the market of the EMEA region. The developer is now building the company’s first European production centre. The project to be built in Wrocław comprises an area of around 40,000 sqm and is scheduled to open in January 2022. As a result, up to 2,500 people will find employment. The factory is to be built following the principles of sustainable development and is to be certified under LEED for a rating of 'Gold'.

After the revitalization of brownfields in Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Czestochowa or Legnica, the former logistics centre in Konin built in the 60's is now coming into play. Accolade plans to invest over €15 million to remediate this property of an aggregated area of 7 hectares and to build a modern Class A ndustrial park. Mecalit, a supplier of technical precision parts made of plastic, decided to sign a lease agreement for 10,500 sqm of warehouse space at the Central European Logistics Hub, an investment owned by Panattoni Europe. AXI IMMO was responsible for the comprehensive advisory services for the tenant.

Panattoni has completed the shell stage of another huge commission for the e-commerce sector. In Żerniki near Poznań, the developer is building a BTS facility with an area of 105,000 sqm for DHL Supply Chain. The latter company will use the space to carry out the logistics operations, among others, for Zalando required for distribution to several European markets – including Poland and Germany.
