The construction of the last hall of the biggest industrial park in Poland in which Accolade invested has begun. With 229,000 sqm of 100% leased GLA, Park Szczecin is one of the biggest multi-let parks in the country and will be fully completed in early 2022. From the very beginning, AUTODOC Logistics – Polish branch of the international AUTODOC Group, one of the leading players in the automotive aftermarket – has been growing together with Accolade and Szczecin Park and successfully expanding. With the fourth hall and a total leased space of 74,100 sqm, AUTODOC is now one of the largest tenants in the Polish part of Accolade’s portfolio.

LCube is constructing another warehouse park - following their recent project in Jasionka near Rzeszów, (which is still being built), this new site location will be in the town of Dobrzykowice, east of Wrocław. As currently planned, the logistics complex is set to have a total area of 60,000 sqm. The project is being carried out in a joint venture with the Sindbad Group.

German investor and asset manager Palmira Capital Partners has acquired a last-minute logisitcs facility in Łódź for its European Core Logistics Fund (ECLF) for an undisclosed sum.

Tomasz Mika has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1st, by the management board of 7R. He heads the company's financial division and is responsible for finance, accounting and controlling. He will also support 7R's business development in Poland and foreign markets.

Accolade Group, in cooperation with its JV partner, invested almost €26 million in a Class A warehouse facility in Wielenin-Kolonia in Central Poland. The entire facility is occupied by K-Flex, a worldwide leader in the production of elastomeric insulation, with a lease term of 17 years.

Panattoni has turned its focus back onto the Warsaw market. In a strategic location – close to the planned New Central Polish Airport – Panattoni Park Błonie III is now under construction. The investment with an area of more than 90,000 sqm has already started and has its first tenant: logistics operator GTFL, which specialises in full truckload and international transportation. The company will consolidate the space it currently occupies in the country at the end of this year, when it will move into its newly leased 7,700 sqm premises. It was represented by consultancy Cresa Polska for this transaction.

European Logistics Investment (ELI) has started construction works of the second phase of its warehouse scheme in one of the key logistics regions in Poland – Silesia. Park Tychy II, a 43 000 sqm project is planned as a mixed-use property with BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The building is already leased in almost 100% to two tenants – Tiberina Group subsidiary U-Form, a leading supplier of components for the automotive sector in the EMEA region and Nodium Group, the owner of two online platforms – sport-shop.pl and nodik.pl.  

The European warehouse property developer MLP Group is to build a BTS facility for Hart Logistics, a Polish provider of logistics and transport services. The lease has been brokered by Profi-Home of Poznań.

White Star Logistics, a new joint venture between Bain Capital Credit and White Star Real Estate, is launching two logistics centres in Poland, in the Warsaw suburbs of Nowy Konik and Raszyn. These areas are in high demand for warehousing, light industrial uses and from the ever-growing e-commerce market. The total area of both projects will be approximately 120,000 sqm.

Polish developer 7R has brought into use the tenth warehouse building in 7R Park Kraków in Kokotów on the south-eastern outskirts of the city. It is the largest complex in the company`s portfolio with more than 213,000 sqm GLA.
