LemonTree has commenced the second phase of the Lablogic Warsaw project, located near Chopin Airport at Osmańska Street in Ursynów district.
The second building will offer nearly 13,000 sqm of modern warehouse and service space, along with office facilities, designed for companies expecting high technical standards, operational flexibility and transport accessibility.
Lablogic Warsaw is being developed in the southern part of Warsaw, with access to the S2 and S79 expressways, public transport and airport infrastructure. The first phase has been fully leased.
"The second phase of Lablogic Warsaw is a consistent continuation of our strategy of developing modern logistics projects in premium urban locations. We combine high technical quality with practical environmental solutions, responding to the needs of the most demanding tenants," says Maciej Krawiecki, COO, Head of Development & Leasing at LemonTree.
The project incorporates energy-efficient solutions including water heaters from the district heating network and a photovoltaic installation with 49 kWp output. The reinforced roof structure will allow for additional photovoltaic panels in the future. The development will feature green roofs on each office module and significant biologically active surfaces. Goldbeck has been appointed as general contractor, with construction completion planned for late 2026.
