Innovinia has announced that its 15,000 sqm warehouse at IGPark Kecskemét South, completed last year, has reached nearly 100% occupancy, following a lease agreement with an international logistics provider.
With this transaction, the newest 'Phase C' of IGPark Kecskemét South is now operating at full capacity. For the new tenant the location is strategically important. The park's direct highway link, proximity to automotive users and technical features provide an optimal base for efficiently serving both Central European and domestic operations.
