P3 Logistic Parks has signed lease renewal agreements covering more than 64,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at P3 Poznań Logistics Park, across three buildings.

PF Logo Express, which specialises in printing on promotional products and has operated at the park for over a decade, renewed its lease for 49,679 sqm across warehouses DC3 and DC4. Hager Polo, a provider of electrical solutions, renewed its lease for 7,397 sqm in DC1.

"The latest lease extensions at P3 Poznań are the best proof that our park meets the real business needs our tenants face," said Michalina Ksieniewicz, Leasing Manager at P3 Logistic Parks. "We are pleased that companies that have been with us for many years continue to choose this location as a stable base for their operations."

P3 Poznań is located south of Poznań with access to the S11 expressway and A2 motorway. The park still offers available units of 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 sqm. In nearby Dachowa, P3 owns land with potential to develop approximately 139,000 sqm of warehouse space.

P3 has more than 10.1 million sqm of assets under management and a land bank of 3.5 million sqm. The company operates in 10 countries and employs more than 280 people across 11 offices.
