Nordis Group, a real estate developer specialized in the construction of luxury real estate, announces the launch of a new exclusive complex, consisting of a hotel and residential apartments, located in Brașov.

Prima Development Group announces the completion of the Boemia Apartments project, whose construction started in 2019 in Bucharest. 

There were 14,569 residential property deals made in Hungary in February 2021, according to the latest monthly transaction estimate by real estate group Duna House. This marks the highest transaction number of the past ten years. This many homes have not changed owners in a month since early 2011.

Romania Sotheby’s International Realty announced revenue growth of 127% in 2020. Sotheby’s International Realty entered the Romanian market in July 2020 through the association with Artmark Historical Estate, a company founded in 2014 and which belonged to the Artmark group.

In Q4 2020, dwellings' prices in Slovakia increased by 7.3 % compared to Q4 2019, while prices of new dwellings increased by 6,6 % and prices of used dwellings rose by 7.8 %, the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic announced.

In 2020, 28,208 new dwellings were built in Hungary, 34% more than a year earlier, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said. The annual figure is an 11-year high. Meanwhile, based on issued dwelling construction permits and simple declarations, the number of homes to be built decreased by 36% compared to 2019 to 22,556.
