Czech developer PSN has begun construction works at the former Koh-i-noor factory site in the Vršovice district of Prague. The nearly two-hectare brownfield, which had been largely inaccessible to the public for decades, will be transformed into a mixed-use neighbourhood comprising approximately 600 residential units, 30 commercial spaces, new pedestrian routes and public green space. The project has been designed by Jakub Cigler Architekti, with total construction costs estimated at approximately three billion Czech crowns.

Developer PSN will begin renovating the former intercity telephone exchange on Fibichova street in Prague 3 this summer. The monumental 1926 building will undergo conversion into premium rental housing, with completion planned for autumn 2028.

Penta Real Estate and PSN have received a building permit for the Vinohradská 8 mixed-use project in Prague that will feature apartments, boutique offices and an active ground floor with shops and restaurants.

PSN through its Brno branch is completing the acquisition of two extensive sites in Brno owned by energy company E.ON. 

The Vinohradská 8 project, jointly prepared by Penta Real Estate and PSN, has received a zoning permit. Just a few steps from Wenceslas Square in Prague, a mixed-use development is designed, including housing, office space, and new shops and restaurants.

After almost two years of reconstruction, PSN is reopening the modernist Grand Palace in Pardubice to the public. The company has created a modern department store that combines history with today's urban life.

The revitalisation of the Brno brownfield into a lively urban district has been commenced. Today, the developer PSN has tapped the cornerstone of the first stage of the Brno Jedna project.

PSN is launching the sale of the Jitro residential project in Prague's Vršovice. The project is designed to offer 144 units, as well as 35 townhouses with private entrances and green roofs. 

PSN has announced the launch of the sale of the first phase of the Brno Jedna residential project near the very centre of Brno. The first two buildings – Neon and Xenon – will offer a total of 188 units.
