CA Immo has announced that the Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw is now fully leased following the signing of new contracts with three companies, which together took 3,500 sqm of space. The property is now home to 12 tenants from different industries, while the ground floor hosts the BursztyNova Restaurant and Café, open to both employees and external visitors.
Over the past several months, Saski Crescent has undergone a comprehensive retrofit, upgrading the building into an energy-efficient, modern workspace in one of Warsaw’s central office locations.
“Our new Saski Crescent offers focused and flexible office environments, elegant common areas and a distinctive reception and lobby, complemented by a restaurant and coffee bar. The project combines high-quality design with functionality and openness to its surroundings. This multidimensional modernisation has become a benchmark for the local office market, and the re-leasing process has met strong tenant demand,” said Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo in Poland.
Located at 16 Królewska Street, the building offers around 16,000 sqm of Class A office space. The retrofit included both visual and functional upgrades, with a focus on technology and ESG standards. Saski Crescent received WELL pre-certification for health and wellbeing, WiredScore Platinum certification, and is applying for BREEAM. The renovation included building management systems with energy-saving lighting and water-efficient fittings, while at least 50% of materials used were recycled. Interiors were also redesigned to give the space a boutique character.
