PSN has announced the launch of the sale of the first phase of the Brno Jedna residential project near the very centre of Brno. The first two buildings – Neon and Xenon – will offer a total of 188 units.

The project draws inspiration from the industrial past of the area, which it is transforming into a modern, functional and environmentally sustainable urban district. The project includes solar panels, rainwater retention systems, charging stations for electric cars, bicycle racks and the possibility of using shared bicycles for residents.

“A district meets the requirements of contemporary urban living – from comfortable units to community facilities and an active lifestyle,” says Petr Pospíšil, Director at PSN Brno branch. The developer included in the design a relaxation terrace with a grill and a view of the city skyline, a community terrace with a workout zone, a laundry room, a stroller room and a bicycle room. The completion of the first phase is planned for 2027.
