The Millhaus residential project developed by Immocap together with WOOD & Company, has reached the full construction height of the base building. More than 110 of 149 units have already been sold.
A new apartment building with 19 floors will also offer retail premises on the ground floor. Residents will have access to almost 140 parking spaces on two underground floors. The total gross floor area is 11,300 sqm. The concrete used in the construction is made of a low-carbon footprint cement with CO₂ savings up to 433 tons.
Millhaus will also include relaxation areas in a semi-open inner block, a playground and a significant work of art, as a significant landmark of the changing zone in Mlynské nivy. The final building use approval is planned for spring next year.
