PSN has reached a milestone in base building construction at the Ahoj Vanguard development project in Modřany, Prague. Close to the apartment building, the conversion of the former Microna factory into Vanguard loft housing is also nearing completion.
The new building with three underground and nine above-ground floors has 94 apartment units ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk and an area of 22 to 238 ssqm with a front garden, balcony or terrace. The exterior work is currently continuing on the facade of the building, including the external filling of openings and exterior finishing. In the interior, final work on electrical wiring, plastering and floor laying is underway.
In the lower part, a sunken five-floor parking house is created, covered with a green wall, which represents a functional element that absorbs noise. At the same time, there will be 220 parking spaces for cars and 16 for motorcycles. Another 26 places will be in front of the building. The project includes almost 2,000 sqm of communal gardens with trees and tall grass. Building use approval is expected in the summer of 2024.
