PSN has received the building use permit for the Ahoj Vanguard residential project in Prague's Modřany. The last units are currently available for purchase. The new owners are moving in at the beginning of 2025.

The new Ahoj Vanguard building has 96 units (95 apartments and an office). They all offer sliding large-format windows, a spacious front garden, and a balcony or terrace. The standards include underfloor heating, air conditioning and recuperation. Concerning energy efficiency, heat pumps and photovoltaics are part of the project. There are also charging stations for electric cars and bike racks.

The landscaping and greenery in the building cover an area of almost 2,000 sqm. A children's playground and a partially sunken parking garage with 220 parking spaces for cars and 16 for motorcycles, which will be covered with greenery, are also ready. In the adjacent Vanguard loft housing project, future residents have a spa & wellness area at their disposal.

The location is easily accessible to the centre of Prague. The bus stop leading to Smíchovské nádraží is right in front of the house, and the tram stop is only a few minutes walk away. Future residents will find a nine-hole golf course, mini golf, soccer golf, a ropes course, tennis courts, a badminton hall or the Modřanská cycle path within walking distance.
