PSN has completed the renovation of an apartment building from the 1930s. The BackYard Dejvice project in Prague has been targeted at the young generation and investors. The project is approved for use and is already sold out.

During the complete reconstruction of the building from the beginning of the 20th century, PSN combined in its redesign qualities of historical architecture and modern technologies. The staircase, corridors and roof were repaired respecting the functionalist architecture. The new casement windows are a replica of the original ones. The developer had a glass exterior elevator built in the five-floor building.

The BackYard Dejvice project in Studentská Street has a total of 40 modern units with layouts of 1+kk and 2+kk with dimensions from 14 to 52 sqm, two of them with a front garden. Most of them include a cellar cubicle. Residence BackYard Dejvice offers a green courtyard with a grill zone and places for a picnic, a laundry room with washers and dryers, or a bike room.
