Prologis develops new park in Central Poland
Prologis has announced that it will deliver a 11,740 square metre build-to-suit (BTS) facility for Geis PL, a German logistics operator, at Prologis Park Stryków. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2016.

Prologis commences construction of four new buildings
Prologis has announced its second quarter activity in Central and Eastern Europe. The company leased more than 400,000 square metres of distribution space, an increase of more than 7 percent over the same period last year. Demand continues to be driven by reconfiguration of the supply chain and e-commerce.

Prologis signs new e-commerce deal in Warsaw
Prologis has signed a lease agreement with Grupa Allegro, the largest e-commerce platform in Poland, for 21,950 square metres at Prologis Park Błonie. The transaction involves 13,100 square metres of space that has been leased now and an additional 8,850 square metres that will be leased in 2017.

Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget DC7 secures first customer

Prologis announced that it has signed lease agreements with Arvato Polska for 30,835 square metres at Prologis Park Błonie. The transactions include a lease renewal for 22,510 square metres and a new lease for 8,325 square metres of additional distribution space.

New leases
- The DigestMed medical centre, specialising in gastroenterology services, has opened a clinic spanning over 675 sqm within the Bucharest-based London Office Building, part of the EVO Properties multifunctional hub, following an investment of €1.5 million.
- Focus Estate Fund has signed a new lease agreement with HalfPrice, the off-price retailer, for approximately 2,000 sqm of modern retail space at Sosnowiec Plaza in Sosnowiec, Poland.
- Ford Polska has extended its lease agreement, until 2031, for nearly 1,200 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Diuna, part of the Syrena Real Estate portfolio. It is one of the first tenants of the Służewiec complex, having operated continuously at this location since February 2008.
New appointments
- Krzysztof Wróblewski (MRICS) has been named Head of Portfolio Management CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors, responsible for overseeing investments and managing the real estate portfolio. He succeeds Christopher Smith in this role.
- Garbe Industrial is reorganising its senior leadership team. CEO Christopher Garbe will now focus on strategic orientation and international activities. Jan Philipp Daun assumes leadership of the Development division alongside his existing Investment and Joint Venture responsibilities. Andrea Agrusow expands her remit to include Portfolio Management while retaining control of Commercial and Real Estate Management. Additionally, Michael Marcinek and Maik Zeranski will now jointly head the restructured Development unit as Management Board Members, succeeding Adrian Zellner.
- CPI Property Group is strengthening its leasing structure with the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska as Head of Leasing. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and executing the leasing strategy across the group’s office and retail portfolio in Poland. At the same time, Izabela Potrykus has been appointed Leasing Office Director. Baczyńska brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining CPI Property Group in 2022, she served as International Leasing Director at Neinver Polska.
