Prologis has signed two new lease agreements totalling 15,750 square metres at Prologis Park Teresin.
The transactions include 5,850 square metres of industrial and office space for NTA, a company providing logistics services for paper products bringing the total leased space in the park to 11,850 square metres and 9,900 square metres of industrial and office space for Euro Pool System, a manufacturer of reusable packaging for the European fresh supply chain.
Prologis Park Teresin consists of three buildings totalling nearly 160,000 square metres. The complex boasts its own rail siding and a connection with National Road DK92 and Motorway A2 (Wiskitki Junction).
