The transformation of the historic building at Náměstí Republiky 7 in Prague 1 represents the largest project of the company Scott.Weber Workspace to date.

The project of flexible offices at náměstí Republiky 7 was created under the baton of Scott.Weber Workspace in cooperation with the owner of the building, the development group Crestyl, the real estate agency Prochazka & Partners, the law office Wilsons and the architectural studio Chapman Taylor.

Over the past 100 years, the eight-floor building in the heart of Prague has been used by insurance companies, banks, political parties and the Laurin & Klement car manufacturer. The reconstruction of the historic building into flexible Scott.Weber Workspace offices for rent was carried out by Crestyl as part of the NR7 project. The total costs exceeded CZK 1 billion (€39.8 million). 4,630 sqm of workspace includes 90 offices and 17 meeting rooms, an indoor atrium, roof terraces and a conservatory. It is equipped with 4 flexible event halls, the largest of which can accommodate up to 130 people.

"Our goal was to return the building to its former glory and original appearance and to renovate it so that it would worthily represent one of the most important places in the Czech Republic. This has been achieved and we are delighted to be giving new life to this location together with Scott.Weber Workspace," sums up Simon Johnson, CEO of Crestyl.

It will open its doors to future clients in Q2 2025.
