Penta Real Estate and Komerční Banka have agreed on financing the construction of the residential project Mocca Residence. The credit is corresponding to the costs to be invested in the project by Penta.

Mocca Rezidence is part of the extensive revitalisation of the surroundings of the O2 arena and the Českomoravská metro station, where a new centre of Prague Vysočany will be built in the coming years. Under the baton of Penta Real Estate, the Kaprain group and other investors, a new residential district will grow here with several thousand apartments, shops, services and public amenities.

The Mocca Rezidence project includes 290 residential units with a green courtyard, underground parking and other facilities for residents, as well as a commercial ground floor, where, among other things, the Czech publishing house of Forbes magazine will be located.

"We are pleased that there has been great interest in the apartments in the Mocca Residence since the beginning. Thanks to the partnership with Komerční Banka, nothing prevents us from completing this project, designed with respect for the industrial history of the place," says Pavel Streblov, Business Director at Penta Real Estate.

Komerční Banka was a co-financing partner of the project already in the acquisition phase at the beginning of 2020, when Penta bought the land from the original owners. The current credit is at the height of CZK 1.745 billion (€69.3 million).

The construction of the project has already started in the autumn of 2024, in the following months it will continue with the erection of a monolithic structure visible from Sokolovská Street.
