The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) invested a record €1.3 billion in Poland in 2023. This beats the previous record of €990 million invested in 2022 and made Poland the EBRD’s third largest market last year.

GLP announced the development of a new warehouse facility in Gliwice known as GLP Gliwice II. The two buildings collectively will incorporate approximately 57,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. Panattoni presented its investment financing for 2023. In Poland, the company obtained 29 bank loans for development projects worth a combined sum of more than €800 million.

Capital Park Group has started to power its investment projects exclusively with energy from renewable sources. As of January 2024, Norblin Factory, Royal Wilanów and two Vis à Vis street malls use 100% green energy. The total area of all projects powered by RES is more than 110,000 sqm. Blackbrook Capital has announced that it secured a lease with a European leader in contract logistics with expertise in the e-commerce and textile sectors, for its facility in Poznań, Western Poland.

In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.
