Vistra Fund Solutions has announced that Sylwia Toczyska has rejoined the firm, bringing over 25 years of international experience in tax, accounting, and fund operations across Central and Eastern Europe.
Sylwia has a strong track record advising international corporations and private equity firms on market entry, structuring, and compliance. Her sector expertise spans real estate, infrastructure, energy, and advanced technology — all industries where regulatory complexity and operational precision are critical.
She holds a master’s degree in economics, completed a PhD, and has been a licensed tax advisor since 2009. In 2024, she earned certification to serve on supervisory boards of state-owned companies in Poland. A frequent industry speaker and advocate for women in business, Sylwia is well-recognised in the region for her leadership and insight.
In her new role at Vistra, she will focus on expanding the firm’s global fund offering, delivering agile, technology-enabled solutions for international fund managers and their investors.
“We are delighted to have Sylwia rejoin Vistra after five years away. Her extensive experience supporting global clients in the CEE region aligns perfectly with our fund solutions offering and international capabilities,” said Rosemary McCollin, Executive Vice President, Fund Solutions, EU & ME.
“I’m delighted to be part of Vistra Group again, reconnecting with my colleagues with whom I have worked for so many years. It is a tremendous opportunity to contribute to the growth and further expansion of Vistra’s fund business globally,” added Sylwia Toczyska, Enterprise Account Management, Vistra Fund Solutions, EMEA.
