
Niam, a leading real asset manager in Northern Europe, has completed the sale of two office buildings from the High5ive complex in Kraków to Stena Real Estate AB. The buyer is part of the Stena Sphere, one of Sweden’s largest family-owned business groups.
The transaction includes High5ive buildings “1” and “2”, which are located near Kraków Główny railway station and the Main Market Square. Together, the properties offer 23,600 sqm of gross leasable area and are fully leased to a range of tenants including Hitachi Energy, PwC, Business Link, Kaseya, and Shoper. Both buildings hold LEED Platinum certifications, underlining their strong sustainability credentials.
The acquisition marks another strategic step for Stena Real Estate AB as it continues to expand its portfolio in Poland. The High5ive complex is one of Kraków’s most prominent office developments, benefiting from its central location and strong tenant mix.
