INVESTIKA real estate fund has announced exceeding the threshold of CZK 20 billion (€790 million) in the volume of funds from Czech and Slovak investors. 

Panattoni has been granted a €75 mln loan by Citibank (London Branch). The funds are to finance Panattoni Park Sulechów III.

CEE is one of the most promising locations for e-commerce, according to the latest report from Cushman & Wakefield. In addition, data from Cushman & Wakefield shows that Poland accounts for over half of the turnover reported in the CEE region. The growth outlook for the Polish e-commerce sector is even more positive, as logistics costs in Poland - which are strategically important for e-commerce - are 18% lower than in the Czech Republic and 50% lower than in Germany.

Panattoni has been awarded a green loan from Berlin Hyp AG worth €74.34 million. The financing is for a logistics centre in Bydgoszcz.

CTP has announced its sixth manufacturing and logistics investment in the Warsaw region, CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik. This new industrial and logistics park will include four warehouses with a total area of over 76,300 sqm, and construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2025.

P3 Logistic Parks and Orlen have signed a lease agreement for nearly 24,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Piotrków Park, in Poland.

Panattoni has completed a BTS development for an international client. A new factory was built in Świdnik for Trilux, the producer of professional lighting from Germany. The 23,000 sqm plant is the company’s first manufacturing facility in Poland.

Cushman & Wakefield has summarised the third quarter of 2024 on the largest office markets in Poland. Office take-up in key regional cities remained on par with the figures recorded in the same period in 2023, signifying stability on the office rental market. Meanwhile, stagnation on the supply side, coupled with limited construction activity, is likely to push vacancy rates down in the future.
