Panattoni has received financial support for the development of the City Logistics Kraków III project. The €21 million loan granted by mBank will make it possible to finalise the construction of this logistics park located in Kraków’s Nowa Huta district.

The value of investment transactions in all real estate market sectors, both in Poland and Europe, still significantly deviates from the scale of investments recorded before the outbreak of the pandemic. Nonetheless, last year saw the first signs of recovery in the hotel segment. In October last year, the Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels were acquired by the French investment fund Corum. 2023 saw a total of four transactions, partially carried out by Polish investment entities, contributing to investments totalling around €83 million in this sector. Industrial packaging distributor Neopak is to move its main warehousing facilities to Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV, where it is to occupy over 10,500 sqm of warehouse and office space.

Real Management has signed a loan agreement with mBank for over €14 million in funding for construction of the Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna near Warsaw.

According to the latest report published by Newmark Polska, during the first three months of 2024, Poland’s regional city office markets experienced moderate occupier demand, with regearing accounting for most of total take-up. Global apparel retailer Uniqlo announced plans to open its first-ever permanent store in Poland. The new store, Uniqlo Arkadia, will be located at Westfield Arkadia shopping centre in Warsaw, and will greet its first customers in fall 2024.

Atenor signed one of the first green loan transactions in Poland, totalling €38 million in collaboration with BNP Paribas Bank Polska and Santander Bank Polska.
