Redkom Development has begun construction of Świderek Retail Park in Otwock, Warsaw metropolitan area, which is scheduled to open during Q4 2026.
The retail park will span more than 23,000 sqm of gross leasable area across around 40 units.
The project will feature fashion brands, home and interior stores, health and leisure units as well as areas for children's sports.
Świderek Retail Park benefits from accessibility and a catchment area extending from Warsaw's Wawer district through Józefów, Otwock and Karczew, reaching Kołbiel. The development combines contemporary architecture inspired by the regional Świdermajer style with green roofs and Breeam certification.
On this development, Mallson Polska serves as strategic advisor, BM Architekci handles architectural design, and PHUB ŁUCZ-BUD serves as general contractor.
