Penta Real Estate has completed and handed over a residential building with 54 apartments for long-term rental housing in the area of Waltrovka Pod Vidoulí in Prague. It has been built on a turnkey basis for the XPlace platform, which is operated by the Archbishopric of Prague.
This was the last stage of Penta Real Estate's development activities in the Waltrovka area. In the meantime, both parties have agreed to continue their cooperation focused on the development of rental housing. XPlace will acquire two more apartment buildings with 62 residential units in the neighbouring location of Nová Waltrovka in Prague 5, which will be completed at the turn of 2026-27. In both cases, these are hundred-million-crown deals.
The new agreement concerns apartment buildings F1 and F2, which are located directly on the central green pedestrian boulevard of Nová Waltrovka. Facilities for a children's group or private kindergarten will also be created on the ground floor of the future buildings. In the future, a place for a new elementary school and playground is also planned for Nová Waltrovka.
