Panattoni has started construction of a new phase within its logistics complex Wrocław Campus 2. The project in Krzyżowice near Wrocław will expand by 102,000 sqm, with DSV - Global Transport and Logistics taking 45,000 sqm as the first tenant.

The logistics operator will occupy nearly half of the new space, while the remaining area will be developed speculatively. This expansion represents a significant addition to Panattoni's project in Lower Silesia.

Wrocław Campus 2 is positioned as one of Panattoni's projects in the region, located in Krzyżowice near the regional capital. The development continues the company's expansion in the Polish logistics market.

The new phase will add substantial warehouse capacity to the existing complex. Construction has already commenced, with DSV secured as the anchor tenant for the development.

The project demonstrates continued demand for logistics space in the Wrocław area, with the remaining speculative space expected to attract additional tenants as construction progresses.
