Forvis Mazars, an international audit, tax and advisory firm, has leased nearly 2,500 sqm at the LIXA E office building near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, which will become its new Polish headquarters from May 2027. The transaction leaves LIXA E 96% leased, with only one module remaining. CBRE advised Forvis Mazars during negotiations.

"We made the strategic decision to relocate our Warsaw office. Our new premises will provide the space and environment needed to support our long-term ambitions, with modern workplaces, advanced technologies and dedicated areas that encourage interaction," said Olivier Degand, Country Leader of Forvis Mazars in Poland. "We chose a building that meets the highest environmental standards so that our business growth can go hand in hand with our commitment to sustainability."

The office will occupy the first floor of the building, adjacent to a landscaped patio. Interior design is being handled by Massive Design studio. "Forvis Mazars leasing nearly 2,500 sqm confirms strong tenant demand for modern, well-connected and sustainable workplaces. Companies now regard the office as a strategic tool for growth," said Paulina Petynka, Leasing Director at Yareal Polska.

LIXA E delivered nearly 18,000 sqm of commercial space to the Warsaw market when it completed in early 2024. It is part of the LIXA campus, which comprises five buildings totalling 77,000 sqm, designed by HRA Architekci. Yareal currently owns two of the buildings: LIXA C and LIXA E. The complex includes more than 5,500 sqm of green space and is open to Warsaw residents as well as tenants.

The campus holds BREEAM Excellent, WiredScore Platinum, WELL Health-Safety, ActiveScore and AirRated certifications. Sustainability features include low-carbon concrete and a façade made from 70% recycled aluminium in LIXA D and E.
