GTC has received the occupancy permit for Centerpoint 3, the newest phase of the Centerpoint complex in Budapest's Váci Corridor. The building offers 36,600 sqm of office, retail and service space and is developed to LEED Gold certification standards, with landscaped terraces and an internal garden.

"Receiving the occupancy permit for Centerpoint 3 strengthens GTC's position in Hungary. The project attracted tenant interest even before construction was completed, confirming the appeal of its location," said Botond Rencz, CEO of GTC Group.

UNIQA Hungary has leased more than 6,000 sqm in the building, which will serve as its new headquarters. The company is expected to relocate later this year, with discussions with additional occupiers ongoing.

Centerpoint 3 completes the Centerpoint complex, which now totals more than 77,000 sqm of office, retail and leisure space in Budapest's District 13. GTC's Hungarian portfolio comprises office and retail properties with a total gross leasable area of nearly 240,000 sqm.

GTC Group has 30 years of experience in Central and Eastern Europe, managing 43 properties totalling 723,000 sqm of leasable space across Poland, Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade, Zagreb and Sofia. GTC S.A. shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
