Linklaters has advised the Czech investor Investika realitní fond, OPF on the acquisition of the Szyperska Office Center office building in Poznań from Wechta Nieruchomości sp. z o.o., which is a company from the group of one of the largest developers in Greater Poland.

Owner CPI Hungary will complete the second stage of a reconstruction project in its Arena Corner office building, updating it to reflect the latest office trends and changing tenant requirements.

Amazon announced that will open three new offices in Romania and add a further 500 new permanent roles by the end of 2021. Amazon plans to open a new office in Timișoara and two new offices in Iași. The company has a total permanent workforce in Romania of more than 2,500.

The Park Atrium office building in Budapest will be given a new look. As part of the reconstruction, the functions of the public spaces will be optimized according to new land-use principles and fresh design ideas, the ground floor lobby, the reception space, the conference centre and the community garden will be renewed. A new café overlooking the City Park will also be opened. The works will be completed this spring.

The construction of a slurry wall as part of the construction of the Infinity office building in Wrocław has begun. The office project, which is being developed in the very heart of Wrocław, at John Paul II Square (the junction of Legnicka and Nabycińska Streets), will offer in total almost 22,000 sqm of leasable area. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. is responsible for the implementation of the current stage of works. The investment is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2023.

Hungary’s property investment volume is expected to expand dynamically in 2021, since a significant amount of capital is looking for its place in the market. Offices with high levels of occupancy and logistics assets will be in the focus of investors. Hungarian advisory firm Eston, an official associate of Savills, has published its market reports for H2 2020.

HB Reavis entrusted ConvergenCE with the leasing of 8,000 sqm of Agora Tower last year, followed by an additional 6,000 sqm at Agora HUB this February.

Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for the first building completed within the Ocean Office Park complex in Kraków.

The first of the eight buildings planned as part of the Palio Office Park project in Gdańsk has been commissioned. The office building located on the premises of the Gdańsk Shipyard will deliver 16.6 thousand square meters GLA to the Tricity market.
