CEE focused real estate investment manager Adventum has appointed real estate advisory firm Savills as the property manager for its new acquisition Marynarska Point I.

From August 2021, KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, a leading independent  European investment and asset manager based in Germany, has appointed Savills as property manager for Prague’s DRN building. Savills also continues to provide asset management services for the building, which it has been providing since July 2020.

Michał Kwinta, who has been with Mindspace since the inception of its Polish branch, has been promoted to City Lead Poland. In his new role he will be responsible for implementing Mindspace’s global strategy in Poland and for continuing the development of Mindspace’s network in Warsaw.

Infopark buildings B, C and I, all owned by Wing, received a BREEAM-In-Use Very Good sustainability certification. The certification was earned with energy and water-efficient management and operation, selective waste collection, and the features of the buildings that contribute to the well-being and health of those using them. The social media giant has opened its operations centre in Olivia Centre in Oliwa district of Gdańsk. In the first phase, 80 places were created, and by 2023 the team will expand to 500 people.
