According to a report prepared by Newmark Polska, at the end of the third quarter, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock reached almost 27.4 million sqm, representing a 19.3% increase year-on-year. New supply in the year to date exceeded 3.58 million sqm, up by 15.6% compared to 2021’s total.

BTS warehouses are very popular with logistics companies and retailers, and e-commerce in particular, where time is of the essence. That’s why locations with convenient transport connections and proximity to motorways or expressways are clearly favoured. The Warsaw office market registered a minor uptick in the vacancy rate and a constrained development pipeline during the third quarter of 2022, reveals real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska in its latest report.

According to a report prepared by Newmark Polska, at the end of the second quarter of 2022, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock amounted to over 26.1 million sqm, representing a 19.5% increase on the same period in 2021. New supply in the first half of the year surpassed 2.4 million sqm, of which close to 53% was delivered in the first three months, marking the best quarterly result in the history of the Polish market.

The Delta Trans Group, a provider of logistics services with over 30 years of presence in the Polish market, has renegotiated and expanded its lease to around 17,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Ruda Śląska in a property managed by Savills Investment Management. The tenant was advised during the renegotiation process by experts of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
