Tatuum has leased approximately 18,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in Łódź. The Polish fashion brand has relocated to Marq Logistics Łódź III located in the eastern part of the city.

Tatuum is a Polish fashion brand specialising in affordable premium womenswear, with a focus on timeless, capsule-style collections inspired by nature. Founded over 25 years ago in Łódź, Tatuum currently operates more than 140 brick-and-mortar stores across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, and has recently expanded into the Baltic markets. By opening its first Latvian store in Riga in February 2026, the brand took a step as part of a broader growth strategy in CEE. Today, through a combination of physical stores and e-commerce, Tatuum is present in 30 markets. In response to its dynamic domestic and international growth, the company has decided to increase its warehouse capacity.

Tomasz Dziubka, Logistics Director, Tatuum, comments: "In fashion, it's not only about style but also about having an infrastructure that can keep pace with a brand's ambitions. Relocating to a new logistics centre in Łódź is a key part of preparing Tatuum for the next stage of development. We are gaining greater operational flexibility, better conditions for servicing an omnichannel model and space that reflects the growing scale of our business. For us, logistics is not merely a supporting function, but a real tool for building quality and competitive advantage."

Under the lease agreement, Tatuum will occupy approximately 17,500 sqm of distribution space, which will support the company's expanding omnichannel operations. In addition, employees will benefit from around 1,000 sqm of office facilities.

Hubert Wojtera, Director, Industrial & Logistics, AXI Immo, which brokered the deal, explains: "The key factor behind the location choice was its immediate proximity to the Client's headquarters. This solution ensures operational cohesion and enables the effective management of key logistics processes. The facility will serve as the company's central warehouse and was selected with a long-term growth strategy in mind, offering space that allows for continued, stable expansion."

Marq Logistics Łódź III is a distribution facility located in immediate proximity to the A1 motorway. The location ensures connectivity with key markets and business hubs across Poland. The logistics park offers flexible warehouse modules starting from 5,000 sqm, enabling tenants to tailor the scale of their lease to individual operational needs. The technical specification includes a clear internal height of up to 10 metres and a functional dock layout that supports logistics operations. Marq Logistics Łódź III is developed in line with sustainable development principles and meets the requirements of Breeam certification at the Very Good level.

Long-term thinking is becoming real estate’s biggest advantage

by Property Forum
At Bucharest Business Forum 2026, the closing panel brought together senior executives from residential, logistics, and asset management to explore how Romania can unlock its next phase of growth. Moderated by Ana Dumitrache, CEO, Olympian Parks, the discussion ranged from unlearning old market reflexes and rethinking “location,” to the disruptive impact of AI and the structural gaps still holding Romania back versus peers like Poland. Despite working in different segments, the speakers converged on a few core themes: long‑term value over short‑term volume, community and quality over simple density, and disciplined governance as the missing ingredient for Romania’s full potential.
