Savills has expanded its investment team in Poland with three appointments, including a new Head of Investment and a Head of Cross-Border Transactions for CEE, all based in Warsaw.
Aleksandra Mazzini joins as Head of Investment, Poland, bringing experience from Balmain Group where she was Chief Operating Officer overseeing a portfolio of over €1 billion across CEE. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs in London and at Rockspring and NBGI, where she was involved in over €1.4 billion of transactions across Europe.
Mark Richardson, who joined Savills in 2023, takes on the newly created role of Head of Cross-Border Transactions CEE. With 25 years of industry experience including senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International in the Czech Republic, and 12 years at Pradera in London covering CEE markets, he has advised on transactions exceeding €2 billion across office, retail, and logistics sectors.
The appointments come as capital from Central and Eastern Europe plays a bigger role in the market. According to Savills research, its share has more than doubled over the past five years, increasing from below 9% in 2016-2020 to around 19% between 2021 and Q1 2026. Aleksandra Karczewska also joins as Associate Director from Colliers International, with experience in transactions exceeding €850 million.
"We are seeing an increase in capital moving both into and out of the region. Strengthening our CEE cross-border capability puts us in a better position to support these market dynamics," says Stuart Jordan, CEO, Savills CEE. Kamil Kowa, Managing Director, Savills Poland, adds: "Close collaboration between our teams in Poland and across the region allows us to give clients access to a broader network of investors, capital and expertise."
