CTP has signed two long-term leases totalling approximately 16,700 sqm at CTPark Sofia Ring Road in Bulgaria with existing customers BOX NOW and Amperel. The agreements were completed in June 2026 and form part of a strong first half for CTP in the country, with leasing activity across its Bulgarian portfolio increasing by 43% year-on-year during H1 2026. Year-to-date leasing volumes are 56.4% higher than the same period last year.

The larger transaction sees BOX NOW, a smart locker and last-mile delivery operator, commit to a new 10,000 sqm build-to-suit facility at CTPark Sofia Ring Road. BOX NOW will relocate from CTPark Sofia West and double the size of its operations as part of its continued expansion in Bulgaria. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2026, with completion expected in 2027.

CTP has also signed a lease with Amperel, which will expand its presence at CTPark Sofia Ring Road by taking 6,677 sqm of additional space, doubling its footprint within the park.

"These agreements demonstrate the strength of our relationships with existing customers and our ability to support their growth over the long term. Both BOX NOW and Amperel are expanding their operations in response to increasing demand, and we are pleased to provide solutions that allow them to scale efficiently in a strategic Sofia location," said Ivanka Ivanova, Managing Director of CTP Bulgaria. She added that "strong market demand from occupiers seeking modern, high-quality space" and "positive long-term fundamentals" were reflected in the significant increase in leasing activity during the first half of the year.

CTPark Sofia Ring Road is located on Sofia's Ring Road between the A1 and A2 motorways, providing access to Bulgaria's principal transport corridors. CTP's portfolio covers 14.7 million sqm of gross leasable area across 11 countries, with 2.0 million sqm under construction as at 31 March 2026.
