Zeitraum, an international operator of student housing schemes, has just taken over the management of its first dormitory in Poland as Zeitgeist Asset Management, an investor operating on the Polish market for several years, finalised the purchase of a privately-run student hall located in Kraków from NNS. The asset is located at 33 Koszykarska Street and has been operating under the Unibase brand for three years. It can accommodate 345 people in 157 rooms. The first students will move into the building in September. JLL experts supported the investor in the purchase of the asset.

Polish developer 7R has brought into use the tenth warehouse building in 7R Park Kraków in Kokotów on the south-eastern outskirts of the city. It is the largest complex in the company`s portfolio with more than 213,000 sqm GLA.

Ghelamco has just announced that the general contractor of the KREO office building in Kraków will be Mota-Engil Central Europe. KREO is the third office development project, after Craft in Katowice and The Bridge in Warsaw, announced by Ghelamco between 2020 and 2021.

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services has leased over 8,500 sqm in Podium Park A, an office building in Kraków's Czyżyny district. A symbolic topping out was hung on the top floor of the third stage of the High5ive complex by Skanska in Kraków. This means that the main construction work has been completed and the building has reached its target height. Already at this stage of construction, the office section of the building has been completely leased out. With the commissioning, which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022, Krakow will gain over 11,000 sqm of sustainable and modern office space. This is the first Skanska project in the capital of Lesser Poland, which will apply for the prestigious WELL Core&Shell certificate.

Echo Investment has started the construction of the Brain Park office complex in Kraków. Over 43,000 sqm of workspace and almost 10,000 sqm of green areas will be developed at Aleja Pokoju, one of the city's main arteries. The first phase of the project will be completed in the third quarter of 2022.

Panattoni is to provide space for the production of Paczkomat® parcel lockers for InPost and is also to construct an R&D centre for the company. The Paczkomat® factory is being built as part of the newly established City Logistics Kraków Airport park. It will take up 7,230 sqm and will be fitted with solar panels.
