LivUp has finalized the purchase of a property in Kraków from Galinvest. The new LivUp project will include about 80 residential apartments for long-term rental, as well as additional amenities and facilities. The first tenants are expected to move in by Q2 2023.

Panattoni will deliver 21,000 sqm to Trivium Packaging, a global manufacturer of metal packaging, as early as 2023. It will be the biggest completed development for a single customer in the developer's Kraków portfolio. 

KG Group opens another large Atut chain centre in Kraków. This time it will be two retail parks with a total area of more than 20,000 sqm GLA, which will operate under the common name Atut Galicyjska.

GLP announced that the last building developed at its Kraków Airport Logistics Centre in Modlniczka, near Kraków, will have Cummins as its main customer. The building will be ready next spring.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Hyatt Place Kraków, marking the first Hyatt hotel in the city. The hotel represents the return of the Hyatt brand to Poland.

Revetas Capital is converting its office landbank portfolio of approximately 90,000 sqm developable GLA in 3 major cities in Poland into residential, entering the Private Rental Sector. The recapitalization of the portfolio should provide a capacity of up to 2,000 beds. The objective of the conversion is to build an institutional PRS portfolio in major Polish university cities.

Kajima Student Housing and Griffin Capital Partners have completed the development of a 795-bed Student Depot dormitory in Kraków, its largest residential scheme in Poland since the partnership entered the Polish market in 2019. The construction of the 11-storey, 25,000 sqm building took 17 months, making it one of the fastest large-scale residential developments with fit-out completed in Poland.

Revetas Capital has announced that since the beginning of 2022, 14 lease transactions have been secured in the Buma Square office complex in Kraków, Poland, with a total area of 4,512 sqm, consisting of new leases, extensions and renewals, of which 416 sqm represent new leases.
