After CPI Property Group disposed of part of its stake in the Austrian real estate company Immofinanz at the end of December last year, it is now about to sign another deal, e15 reports.

Redan has signed an agreement to sell the Top Secret brand's chain of stationary and e-commerce shops. The buyer is the company Greenpoint, which is also to take over the brand's trademark.

Indotek is transferring the management of the Gordius Private Equity Fund to fellow Hungarian investor Diófa Fund Management, which will also take over the Belgrade office portfolio held by Indotek, Portfolio.hu reports. Indotek Group said it will use the funds released by the portfolio restructuring to finance domestic and international acquisitions. The company also announced that it had acquired a significant part of the Vörösmarty shopping complex in Budapest at the end of the year.

LCP Properties has finalised from P.A. NOVA the purchase of the retail park's second stage in Ząbkowice Śląskie. Żabka Group concluded the acquisition of a majority stake, forming in a partnership with one of the leading FMCG distribution players in Romania – DRIM Daniel Distributie. The transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals. 

After an acquisition of complementary retail assets this year, Immofinanz is again expanding its retail portfolio in the Czech Republic with the acquisition of two properties from CPI Property Group. As the CPIPG holds roughly 77% of Immofinanz shares, this acquisition legally represents a transaction with related parties.

Panattoni has finalised the sale of two industrial developments near the administrative capital of the Lower Silesian region. Together, Panattoni Park Wrocław East, and Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South comprise a total area of almost 43,000 sqm. The price and the buyer have not been disclosed. 

The shares of Murapol made their debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Thus, this residential developer became the 413th company listed on the Main Market and the 10th debut on this market in 2023.

Mota-Engil has reached an agreement with Hungarian company Duna Aszfalt for the sale of Mota-Engil Central Europe (MECE) and its subsidiaries. MECE is an active player in the construction industry and real estate development market in Poland.
