Israel-based international hotel chain Fattal Holdings has acquired hotels in Budapest and Bucharest, increasing the chain's portfolio to 225 hotels.

Adventum International, a Malta based boutique investment fund manager, has acquired the 17,500 sqm office building Katowice Business Point in the administrative capital of the Silesia voivodeship. 

CPI Property Group continued to purchase Globalworth shares throughout the week. Following the recently executed transactions and an acquisition announced last week, CPI Property Group now holds 29.4% of the company’s voting rights.  

7R has finalized the sale of the 7R City Flex Łódź I warehouse located in Łódź, Poland to SELP (Segro European Logistics Partnership). This is the third 7R project, following 7R City Flex Łódź II and 7R Park Wrocław, to join the Polish portfolio managed by Segro.

CPI Property Group announced the acquisition of the Green Corner A office building in Warsaw.  The property was acquired from DWS Group, one of the world's largest asset managers and a significant investor in commercial real estate in the CEE region.

Segro plc, in its role as venture advisor to the Segro European Logistics Partnership (SELP), has acquired Panattoni City Logistics Wrocław I - two buildings with a total area of 38,000 sqm. Advisors from JLL represented Segro within the transaction.

Following an acquisition, CPI Property Group crossed the 6% shareholding threshold in Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited.  As of 23 January 2020, CPI Property Group holds 13,391,959 shares of Globalworth, representing 6.035% of Globalworth's voting rights.

Chariot Group B.V. sold two stores leased by OBI, located in Gdańsk and Łódź, to Marr Holdings, headquartered in South Africa.
