CTP has provided tailor-made logistics space to international technology and services provider Bosch. The company has leased a distribution centre in one of the largest industrial parks in the Czech Republic. Bosch will move its operations from the Netherlands to CTPark Bor in Western Bohemia, where it will have over 15,000 sqm of lettable area.

The retail, industrial and logistics sectors have been affected by the recent price increase of crucial construction commodities mostly steel, plastic and wood, according to a report by 108 Agency.

MLP Group, industrial developer operating across the European warehouse property market (in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania) has just purchased a 12-ha land plot at Spiżowa Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Located in the western part of the city, 900 m from the S3 road junction and 9 km away from the city centre, it will accommodate MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski, a modern logistics and distribution centre.

A&D Pharma, a subsidiary of Dr.Max Group, has leased a warehouse of 9,000 sqm in CTPark Sibiu, in a bid to streamline its distribution supply chain for pharmacies located in the central and western Romania as well as for online orders. 

Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH continues to expand in the Czech market and joins a project in České Budějovice. The developer’s largest project so far was carefully selected and is located in South Bohemia. The region has great potential with connections to key European markets.

CTP has increased its rental portfolio to some 664,000 sqm gross with the completion of its latest project in Biatorbágy. The company has been developing its industrial parks, with 235,000 sqm of new space in advanced stages of construction and a further 322,000 sqm to start construction in the near future with an added emphasis on sustainability.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH enters the Slovak market with an acquisition of land with a zoning permit comprising 70,000 sqm. This follows the company’s successful start of activities on the Czech market. Garbe’s plans in Piešťany include the new development of two buildings with a total size of 26,000 sqm.   

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invested €42.5 million in a €500 million green Eurobond issue by real estate company CTP to support its portfolio expansion, thereby increasing the supply of green real-estate stock across the EBRD’s regions.

CTP has completed its largest green bond issuance to date, following the company’s March IPO and recent inclusion in the Euronext AScX index. Structured as a dual-tranche, CTP raised a total of €1 billion under its €4 billion EMTN programme. The issue included a €500 million four-year tranche and a €500 million eight-year tranche. Total demand for the issue reached nearly €4 billion, evidencing the solid standing that CTP holds on the international bond markets.
