Polish developer 7R has brought into use the tenth warehouse building in 7R Park Kraków in Kokotów on the south-eastern outskirts of the city. It is the largest complex in the company`s portfolio with more than 213,000 sqm GLA.

Colliers sold a 30,000 sqm industrial complex as part of a 9 ha site in Nemesvámos, near Veszprém, to the Austrian automation company Knapp. The seller MTD Hungary, a lawnmower producer, closed the factory in 2020 as they decided to centralise the production somewhere else and asked Colliers to put the property on the market for sale.

MLP Group has just contracted W.P.I.P. of Poznań to further expand its MLP Poznań West project in Dąbrówka. The general contractor is to build over 43,000 sqm of new space, with the construction works due to commence still in July.

Accolade expands its presence on the Polish market. The company has acquired two new industrial locations in Szczecin, with the intention of investing in the development of modern, Class A warehouses totalling 73,000 sqm GLA. Euronics, an electronics and appliances retailer, has signed a contract for nearly 28.000 sqm of warehouse space in CTP's CTPark Budapest East industrial park in Üllő, Hungary. Euronics will develop a fully automated warehouse right next to Lenovo's first European factory. The building is scheduled to start operations in early 2022.

The Arete Investment and Real Estate Group signed an agreement with Raiffeisenbank to draw a €30 million umbrella credit line. Speedwell, in cooperation with Belgian partner LCV, launches SpacePlus, its first project on the industrial market. SpacePlus comes with units for light industrial and/or logistical usage, addressing corporate tenants that are searching for standardized storage or production units, flexibility in configuration and various additional services/features. The first location is in north-western Bucharest, with direct access from the ring road and close to the exit towards the A1 highway on the one hand, and easy access to and from the city centre of Bucharest via Sos. Chitilei or Blvd. Iuliu Maniu, on the other.

CTP has provided tailor-made logistics space to international technology and services provider Bosch. The company has leased a distribution centre in one of the largest industrial parks in the Czech Republic. Bosch will move its operations from the Netherlands to CTPark Bor in Western Bohemia, where it will have over 15,000 sqm of lettable area.
