Element Industrial Founder Ionuț Dumitrescu and Sacha Dragic, the Founder of Superbet Group, have launched a new joint venture in the industrial and logistics sector. The development company will be formed through the association of ELI and D Craig Real Estate, the property division of D Craig Holding, controlled by Sacha Dragic. Anca Damour has been named CEO of D Craig Real Estate. 

The JV has an initial investment budget of €90 million with plans to develop 500,000 sqm of industrial projects in the next four years.  

At present, Element Industrial is developing industrial projects in smaller cities of the likes of Ploiești, Pitești and Brăila. 

Dragic has a diversified investment portfolio which includes stakes in financial and agricultural firms. The entrepreneur also owns a venture capital fund.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
