Panattoni Europe will increase the supply of warehouse space in Silesia, the key industrial hub of Central and Eastern Europe. The developer has just bought land for its new investment – Panattoni Park Czeladź III. The construction of the 68,000 sqm complex will commence this quarter, creating new jobs in the region.

HB Reavis has received a syndicated loan of €175 million for the construction of the Nivy Station project in Bratislava. The loan is processed through a bank consortium of UniCredit Bank, Tatra banka, ČSOB and HYPO-BANK Burgenland, the transaction agent is UniCredit Bank. HB Reavis utilised the first part of the loan in December of 2018.

Hungarian bank OTP reportedly plans to purchase the largest real estate project from Gránit Pólus in the Slovenian capital through the acquisition of project development companies, according to local media. The Emonika project, valued at €250 million, would see the construction of 196,000 sqm of office, retail, residential and hotel space.

Local real estate developer One United Properties has started the construction of a residential project located on a 3,835 sqm land plot in Bucharest’s Timpuri Noi area, zf.ro reports.

Poseidon Group continues to invest in the Serbian retail market by bringing its Capitol Park brand of retail parks to Zajecar in spring 2019.

CTP completed the first three buildings in its brownfield redevelopment project Vlněna, located in central Brno. FGH, a complex of three buildings offering some 18,000 sqm, is already largely leased.

Wing has sold the Angyal (Angel) office building, set adjacent to Boráros Square in Central Budapest, to French economy hotel chain B&B Hotels. The building will be converted to a hotel based on the two companies’ strategic agreement, and become B&B Hotels’ first hotel in Hungary, with Wing taking on development tasks. The first B&B Hotels location in Hungary set to open on 7,700 sqm.

The final group of tenants has moved in to the first phase of Advance Tower, Futureal Group’s new office building on the Váci Road office corridor in Budapest, Hungary. The building, designed to support the health and comfort of over 1,400 employees, offers a GLA of 12,000 sqm. The second phase of the development is now structurally complete with handover expected in H2 2019.

The Imagine office complex in Łódź is entering its final phase of development. Buildings A and B feature the symbolic topping out, which means that the highest construction point has been reached. The investment carried out by Avestus Real Estate at the intersection of Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza avenues in Łódź will be ready to receive tenants in Q3 2019.

Panattoni Europe opened Panattoni Park Białystok, featuring in excess of 41,000 sqm of Class A logistics and industrial space. The park is a multi-tenant facility suitable for a range of industries – from logistics to production. The complex is currently 60% leased.
