Panattoni Europe is building 90,000 sqm of space across three parks the outskirts of Poznań – in Jaryszki (Panattoni Park Poznań VII), Komorniki (Panattoni Park Poznań IV), and Swadzim (Panattoni Park Poznań IX), with 200,000 sqm more planned. The developer is also investing in Cuiavia-Pomerania. Construction works at Panattoni Park Toruń II with more than 62,500 sqm are about to start in the coming July. The distribution centre will be put into operation as soon as Q1 2020.

Panattoni Europe’s existing portfolio in Greater Poland will soon be augmented by an additional 90,000 sqm in three top locations. Situated in Jaryszki, Panattoni Park VIIis just 12 km from Poznań.  Of the 43 600 constructed in Jaryszki, already a quarter of the space has been leased by a logistics operator while construction works are still under way. The proximity of the city centre and efficient transport connections increase the importance of the park in the development of the region, while the adjacent expressway S11 (Koninko Junction) facilitates efficient transport of goods to the south – Katowice, and north of the country – Bydgoszcz and Grudziądz. In turn, Panattoni Park Poznań IV in Komorniki is located in the vicinity of two junctions – Komorniki and Poznań Zachód – on the A2 motorway, connecting the most important logistics locations in Europe – Łódź, Warsaw and Berlin, as well as near the soon-to-be-completed S5 expressway. This makes the park an excellent opportunity for international operations. The region also stands to benefit greatly from Panattoni Park Poznań IX in Swadzim which, like its counterpart in Jaryszki, is close to the city centre, providing workplaces and excellent transport connections within the metropolitan area. In the three parks, on top of the space currently under development, an additional 200,000 sqm will be built.

Furthermore, Panattoni Europe expands in Cuiavia-Pomerania with the construction of Panattoni Park Toruń II. The modern distribution centre featuring in excess of 62,500 sqm will be located only 10 km from the city centre, next to the Lubicz interchange, connecting the A1 with DK10. As a result, Panattoni Park Toruń II will become a crucially important logistics landmark in Cuiavia and Pomerania. The construction works will be launched this July, with completion planned for the fourth quarter of this year.  Panattoni Park Toruń II is not the first Panattoni project in the Cuiavia-Pomerania region – to date, projects delivered here by the developer include the proprietary Panattoni Park Toruń I, two BTS facilities (for the Carrefour and Kaufland chains), as well as the proprietary complex of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz with 49,500 sqm.
