DVM group signed a contract with German developer B&L group to build a hotel next to Keleti Railway Station in Budapest. This mandate is one of the largest instructions DVM group has won on the Hungarian market to date. Planning and preparations already started early November. The scheduled delivery date of the building is 2020.

Praga Studios, the new Karlín office building by Skanska, has progressed significantly on its way to completion. Trei Real Estate GmbH is expanding its Polish investment portfolio in the retail sector. The real estate company, part of the German Tengelmann Group, has opened its tenth Polish retail park under the Vendo Park brand in Łódź, its second investment in the city. The total cost of building Vendo Park at Gojawiczynska Street in Łódź was approximately €4.4 million.

NEPI Rockcastle announced that it will open Shopping City Satu Mare, its 18th shopping centre in Romania, on 6 December. The two-storey shopping centre will offer 29,000 sqm of leasable space, following an investment of over €40 million.
