CTP has welcomed several prominent tenants to one of its parks in Ostrava in a short period of time. Companies such as UPS Healthcare, Savera Components CZ, Europapier, and Gebrüder Weiss have moved their activities to CTPark Ostrava Poruba, into which CTP has so far invested approximately €40.4 million (CZK 950 million).

Industrial developer CTP's net rental income amounted to €452.1 million in 2022, which was an increase of 38.3% year-on-year, while like-for-like rental growth was 4.5% last year, mainly driven by reversion on expiring leases and renegotiations, and supported by the 2021 indexation of 1.7%. The company's annual profit decreased by 22.4% from €1,025.9 million in 2021 to €796.5 million in 2022.

CTP has delivered a state-of-the-art 15,000 square metre logistics development at CTPark Sofia Airport to its anchor tenant DSV, the third-largest logistics company in Europe and one of the top ten globally. This second development for Danish-headquartered DSV doubles its total footprint at CTPark Sofia Airport to approximately 30,000 sqm.

Industrial developer CTP Romania will install a photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 1.5 MW in its CTPark Bucharest project as part of its investments in green energy. 

Serbia’s emergence as a manufacturing base with a skilled cost-effective labour force in close proximity to neighbouring EU markets is driving a surge in leasings and built-to-suit developments across CTP’s four industrial and logistics parks in the country.

CTP is completing the construction of a new building at CTPark Prague North. The hall, with the working name D8.7B, will offer 32,000 sqm of facilities upon completion. The second hall, D8.7A, will be completed in August 2023. CTPark Prague North is located close to the capital city and also in close proximity to the D8 motorway. CTP will thus offer new space in a highly lucrative area, which has long been experiencing an overwhelming demand for modern and sustainable business space.

Polish fashion retailer LPP has leased 65,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest West for its new regional distribution centre that will cover southeastern Europe. The park spans around 770,000 sqm and is located near the Romanian capital.

Stefan de Goeij has rejoined CTP as ESG and Energy Lead, after a two-year break, reporting directly to the company’s founder and CEO Remon Vos.

Saint-Gobain Sekurit, a manufacturer of car glass and solutions for the automotive market, has leased 21,300 sqm in CTPark Iłowa located in the Lubuskie voivodeship in Poland. The company will move into the largest building of the complex (110,000 sqm), in which it will conduct production and warehouse operations.

JLL Romania advised Euroest Car, a company specialising in the import and distribution of original car parts, in leasing 9,500 sqm in CTPark Bucharest Chitila, a Class A industrial park owned by CTP Romania in the northwest of Bucharest.
