CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.

Industrial developer CTP has leased around 20,000 sqm at CTPark Belgrade City to Mercata VT, the biggest tobacco and FMCG distributor in Serbia. The company will use the warehouse space as its new distribution centre for the next decade. 

Industrial developer CTP has achieved the first BREEAM Outstanding certification for BUW 20-21, with an area of over 100,000 sqm, part of CTPark Bucharest West. 

CTP is hosting its 2023 Capital Markets Day in Brno, Czech Republic, followed by asset tours visiting CTParks in the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary. The company also announced FY-2024 guidance and reaffirmed that it's on track to reach 20 million sqm of GLA before the end of the decade

CTP has secured €200 million in financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the roll-out of its large-scale programme of solar panel installation across its European business park portfolio.

The investment transaction market in Romania reached €181 million in H1 2023, down by 43% compared to the same period of last year over rising financing costs. At the same time, the average price per property decreased from €24 million to €11 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. 

IT company ITIXO has signed a lease agreement for office space in the IQ Ostrava building. It has thus become the first new tenant of one of the most modern office buildings in the Czech Republic, belonging to the developer CTP. CTP is also the originator of the popular Clubco coworking centre concept, which will be available in IQ Ostrava this autumn.

CTP has leased approximately 68,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space to Mercator, a major Serbian supermarket chain, at CTPark Belgrade City, which will be the largest logistics hub in Serbia when complete.

Industrial developer CTP has delivered a warehouse of almost 10,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North for FineStore, the largest online liquor retailer in Romania. The lease transaction was advised by iO Partners. 

Industrial developer CTP has opened its first office in Asia in a bid to accommodate growing demand from its clients in this region for investment in production facilities based across Europe. The new office based in Hong Kong will be led by Jaromir Cernik, who joins from fast-growing fintech company Qupital, where he served as a Board Member and Director.
