CTP has signed a lease agreement with Heimstaden, the provider of rental housing in the Czech Republic, for almost 3,500 sqm of office space at IQ Ostrava. 

CTP has expanded the Polish capital’s warehouse market by more than 67,000 sqm through the delivery of two new buildings at CTPark Warsaw South. This completion means the industrial and logistics complex in Mszczonów, near Warsaw, is now almost 90 per cent complete.

CTP has signed a lease agreement with PKV BUILD, a leading player in energy consulting. Leased premises are currently being built by CTP at its Vlněna office complex in Brno, Czech Republic.

CTP has completed a 10.5-year lease for 11,800 sqm at CTPark Zabrze in Poland to Electro Cable Group. This is the first investment in Poland by Electro Cable Group, which is the largest Ukrainian producer and exporter of power, control, and data cables.

Industrial developer CTP has sold €750 million worth of green bonds with a 6-year maturity and a fixed coupon of 4.75%. The offering was oversubscribed 5.5 times and recorded a total order book of more than €4.1 billion at its peak.

CTP has started construction work on the fifth building within the CTPark Opole industrial and logistics park. The expansion of the complex will accommodate the expansion of the UFI Filters Poland brand, which has so far occupied an area of 6,000 sqm. The Italian manufacturer of filter systems for the automotive industry is doubling its lease space at CTPark Opole and is anticipated to move into the new building in the third quarter of 2024.

CTP has leased approximately 40,000 sqm at CTPark Ostrava Hrušov in the Czech Republic to Vitesco Technologies. The company has operated a high-tech R&D centre nearby at CTPark Ostrava for the past 10 years.

Logistics operator Arcese Group has leased 10,500 sqm in CTPark Bucharest West in a bid to meet growing demand from the automotive industry.

CTP has officially opened the new TitanX Engine Cooling factory at CTPark Opole in Poland. TitanX, the global supplier of cooling systems for trucks, has now launched its production operations in the OPO3 building, which is part of the CTPark Opole industrial and logistics complex. In doing so, TitanX has increased the previously occupied space by 18,320 sqm, consolidating all engineering processes in a single investment, which was built-to-suit by CTP.

CTP is developing a new 71,000 sqm industrial and logistics building at CTPark Žatec in the Czech Republic. A portion of 18,000 sqm has been leased to Fiege, a logistics and transport services provider in Europe.
