The Vlněna brownfield project in Brno, which was purchased in 2007 by CTP, is now entering its final phase. This year, the developer is planning to complete the first office building in this project.

CTP has expanded its Polish land bank by nearly half a million sqm. The company has purchased investment land in four strategic locations that provide the opportunity to build approximately 200,000 sqm of leasable space in the short term, with this land in Łódź, Toruń and the Warsaw agglomeration ready to start the development process. This land acquisition is part of CTP's strategy announced last year to invest €300 million in Poland to grow its warehouse portfolio - a key growth market for CTP. 

CTP has increased its total lettable area in the Czech Republic to over 4 million sqm, reaching a 27% share of the Czech industrial real estate market.

Yusen Logistics, a global logistics provider, has leased 19,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest, owned by CTP, for the next five years, in a deal brokered by CBRE.

CTP has signed a €90 million loan agreement with Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. and Erste Group Bank AG to finance 4 logistics and industrial assets in Hungary. The multi-borrower financing is for 7 years. EY Budapest and White&Case Prague advised and provided legal services for Erste Bank, while CTP Hungary was represented by Kinstellar Budapest.

CTP has announced the appointment of two new Managing Directors for the business. Effective from 1st March 2024, Piotr Flugel has been appointed as the Managing Director for Poland and Daniela Boytcheva has been appointed as the Managing Director for Bulgaria.

CTP is starting construction of its first manufacturing and logistics complex in the Podkarpackie region. In Rzeszów, it will build a complex of two facilities with a total leasable area of nearly 50,000 sqm. This will be the company's 16th investment in Poland and the first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in Q3 of this year. 

Industrial developer CTP has appointed Andrei Brînzea as Business Development Director in Romania as part of its growth strategy in the country.

Industrial developer CTP recorded a 20.1% gain of net rental income to €543.2 million in 2023 compared to the previous year over a combination of indexation and reversion on renegotiations and expiring leases.

CTP has signed three key ten-year leases in its most sustainable industrial park near Prague, comprising more than 60% of a new 32,000 sqm building that will be delivered by the end of Q2 2024 at CTPark Prague North.
